Invoices for your holiday apartment bookings
A direct-booking guest or a company asks you for an invoice. In Apartop you pick the booking and the invoice comes out with the guest, the dates of stay and the amount, ready to print or save as PDF.
What Apartop does for you
From the booking
It takes the name, ID and address of the first guest from check-in, and the booking's dates and amount.
Series and sequential numbering
Each series has its own numbering. Only the last invoice can be deleted; to cancel another one you issue a corrective invoice.
Full or simplified
With the customer's tax details or simplified, with VAT broken down or with the exemption reason you specify.
Payments tracked
Mark each invoice as paid with its payment method and filter the unpaid ones. What Airbnb, Booking or VRBO collected is marked as collected by the platform.
