Andalusian Tourism Register (VUT/VFT) and Single Rental Register
Every holiday rental home in Andalusia must be registered in the Andalusian Tourism Register and show its code on its listings. The national Single Rental Register number is no longer mandatory (Spain's Supreme Court annulled it in 2026), but if you have one Apartop saves it too. It warns you if the Junta number is missing.

What Apartop does for you
All types of accommodation
Holiday homes (VUT and former VFT), tourist apartments, rural houses and VTAR, in their official format.
Read from your listings
When you add an apartment by pasting its Airbnb or Booking listing, Apartop finds the registration number and the Single Rental Register number in the text.
Alerts for what's missing
Every apartment without a Junta registration number, or with an invalid format, is flagged.
Other regions
It also recognises codes from Catalonia (HUTB), Valencia (VT), the Balearic Islands (ETV), the Canary Islands (VV), Madrid and Galicia.
How it works
- 1Paste your listing link or type the registration number.
- 2Apartop recognises the format and the type of accommodation.
- 3You see it on the apartment's page and in the documents for the guest.
Built for the Andalusian Tourism Register (Decree 31/2024) and valid for the registers of all other Spanish regions.
