Guest registrations sent automatically to SES.Hospedajes
Uploading each registration by hand to the Ministry of the Interior's website is easy to forget. With Apartop Pro, it is sent automatically through the SES.Hospedajes web service as soon as the guest completes check-in, and you see whether it was accepted.

What Apartop does for you
No need to log in to SES
Apartop sends the registration through the SES.Hospedajes web service with your web service user, without downloading or uploading files.
Checked, not just sent
It polls the batch until SES processes it and stores the submission code; if it is rejected, it shows you why.
Automatic retries
If SES does not respond, it tries again with increasingly long waits, up to 10 times.
Encrypted password
The web service user's password is stored encrypted and only used on the server. You can test the connection before turning it on.
How it works
- 1Create your web service user in SES.Hospedajes.
- 2Enter your landlord code, user and password in Apartop, and test the connection.
- 3Leave automatic sending switched on.
- 4Each completed check-in is sent automatically; you can also press “Send to SES now” on the booking.
An Apartop Pro feature. On the Free plan you download the registration file and upload it yourself to the SES.Hospedajes website. In Catalonia and the Basque Country registrations go to the Mossos d'Esquadra and the Ertzaintza, and Apartop does not send to those systems.
