Is guest registration mandatory for a holiday rental?
Yes. Royal Decree 933/2021 requires every guest to be registered and reported to the Ministry of the Interior through SES.Hospedajes within 24 hours at most.
Do guests have to sign?
Yes, the check-in form is signed by everyone over 14. With Apartop they do it with their finger on their phone.
What details does SES.Hospedajes require?
Full name, ID document and its support number, date of birth, nationality, sex, full address, phone or email and, for minors, their relationship to the adult. Apartop's form asks for all of them and validates them.
