Frequently asked questions

Do prices include VAT?

No. Pro costs €9 per apartment per month plus VAT (21% in Spain). The invoice is issued to your company or to you, with your tax ID.

Can I cancel whenever I want?

Yes. There's no lock-in: cancel from Settings › Plan and keep Pro until the end of the paid month. Then you move to Free.

What happens when the trial ends or I move to Free?

Nothing is deleted. You keep using everything in the Free plan and see all your data. If you have more than 2 apartments, you choose which 2 stay active; the rest are paused (no calendar sync or check-in emails) until you go back to Pro.

How are apartments counted?

You pay for each active apartment in your account. If an apartment is connected to a complex with reception on Apartop, it doesn't count towards the Free plan limit.

Do my cleaners or guests have to pay?

No. The Apartop Cleaning & Keys app (cleaning, keys and reception) and the Guest app are always free, even if you're on the Free plan.

Do I need a card to try it?

No. When you create your account you get 30 days of Pro for free, no card needed. After that you stay on Free unless you subscribe.
