Apartop

AI assistants (Claude, ChatGPT)

Use Apartop from your assistant

Connect your account to Claude, ChatGPT or another AI assistant and ask about your apartments as you would ask a person. It can also make simple changes, always after showing them to you and getting your yes.

What you can ask

  • «What arrivals and departures do I have today, and who is cleaning?»
  • «Which apartments are free over the December long weekend?»
  • «How much did I earn this quarter per apartment, and what commission does Booking really charge me?»
  • «Are there traveller reports out of deadline or with errors?»
  • «What mandatory setup am I still missing?»
  • «Block the Penthouse from 3 to 6 November for building work.»
  • «Assign Friday's cleaning at the Studio to Lucía.»
  • «Resend the check-in link to tomorrow's booking.»

What it can look up

  • Apartments: list with capacity and check-in and check-out times.
  • Bookings: by dates, apartment, status or platform; amounts only if your user can see them.
  • Availability: free and booked nights for each apartment.
  • Arrivals and departures: for today or any day, with check-in status and cleanings.
  • Cleaning: pending, in progress or done, who does them and which are unassigned.
  • Income: gross, real commission, net, average price and occupancy by apartment, platform or month (with the amounts permission).
  • Traveller reports: SES.Hospedajes status, deadlines and errors (with the guest-data permission; read only, never sends).
  • Pending setup: what is missing, legal obligations first.

What it can do (with your confirmation)

  • Block dates on an apartment (it checks it doesn't clash with any booking).
  • Assign a cleaning to someone on your team.
  • Send one of your template messages to the guest or a saved contact.
  • Resend the online check-in link to the guest.

Every change is prepared first: the assistant shows you exactly what it will do and only does it if you confirm. It cannot delete anything, pay, or send reports to SES.Hospedajes.

How to connect it

You need an Apartop account (owner or co-host). The server address is:

https://apartop.com/mcp
Claude (claude.ai, escritorio y móvil)

Free (1 custom connector), Pro, Max, Team and Enterprise plans.

  1. On claude.ai or in the desktop app, open Customize › Connectors.
  2. Click «+» › «Add custom connector».
  3. Name: Apartop. URL: https://apartop.com/mcp. Click Add.
  4. Click Connect: Apartop opens; sign in with Google and click Allow.
  5. In a conversation, turn on Apartop in the tools menu (it then also works on mobile).

On Team and Enterprise, an organization owner first adds it in Organization settings › Connectors; then each person clicks Connect.

ChatGPT

With developer mode: Business, Enterprise and Edu (an admin enables it); according to OpenAI also Plus and Pro. Some plans only allow read-only tools.

  1. On chatgpt.com, open Settings › Apps › Advanced settings and turn on developer mode.
  2. Click «Create app» (or «Add custom MCP server»).
  3. Name: Apartop. MCP server URL: https://apartop.com/mcp. Authentication: OAuth.
  4. Create the app: Apartop opens; sign in with Google and click Allow.
  5. In a conversation, pick Apartop from the «+» › More menu.

Once Apartop is listed in the ChatGPT app directory you'll just search for it and click Connect, without developer mode.

Gemini

The Gemini app doesn't yet let everyone connect their own MCP servers.

  1. Gemini Enterprise: an admin can add Apartop as a «custom MCP server»; write to us and we'll give you the client ID.
  2. Gemini CLI: add https://apartop.com/mcp as a remote MCP server in settings.json and authorize with /mcp auth.
Others (Claude Code, Cursor, VS Code…)

Any client that supports remote MCP with OAuth.

  1. Claude Code: claude mcp add --transport http apartop https://apartop.com/mcp, then /mcp to authorize.
  2. Cursor, VS Code and others: add an HTTP MCP server with the URL https://apartop.com/mcp.

Each assistant's menus change often; if something doesn't match, write to us and we'll help.

Privacy and security
  • You choose the account and whether to allow viewing only or also changes. It works with the same permissions as your Apartop user: a co-host without the amounts permission won't see prices.
  • The assistant never sees ID documents, passwords or payment details.
  • What it looks up is received by the provider of the assistant you chose (Anthropic, OpenAI…), under its privacy policy.
  • Every query and change is logged in Settings › AI assistants, where you can disconnect it at any time.
  • Texts from guests and platforms are treated as data: Apartop tells the assistant not to follow instructions written inside them.
