What is Apartop?
Software to manage vacation rentals from your phone or computer: a calendar for every platform, online check-in, guest reports, cleanings, keys, direct bookings and the accounts for each property, all in one app.
Who is it for?
For owners with one or more properties, for management companies and agencies that run properties for other owners, and for reception desks at holiday complexes. Cleaners and key holders use Apartop Cleaning & Keys for free, and your guests don't need to download anything.
Does it connect with Airbnb, Booking and Vrbo?
Yes, through their calendars: you paste each listing's link, and bookings and blocked dates sync both ways to avoid double bookings. It isn't an API : you still change your listings' prices and availability on each platform. Each booking's amounts are filled in automatically if you forward the confirmation emails to Apartop (Pro plan).
Can I take direct bookings?
Yes. Each property can have its own commission-free booking page, with seasonal prices, payment by bank transfer or Bizum straight to you, and a calendar or button for your website. On the Free plan, for 1 property; on Pro, for all of them.
Do I need technical skills?
No. Apartop is designed to be used from your phone without any training. To connect Airbnb or Booking you just paste a link, and we guide you step by step.
How much does it cost?
Free forever for up to 2 apartments. Pro costs €9 per apartment per month + VAT, no lock-in and a 30-day trial. Full details at apartop.com/precios.
Can I try it first?
Yes. When you sign up you get 30 days of Pro to try everything, with no card. If you don't subscribe afterwards, you stay on the Free plan (up to 2 properties) without losing your data.
Is there a mobile app?
Yes. Apartop works in the browser and will have an Android app on Google Play, with the same features.
Where are my documents stored?
Invoices, photos and documents can go to your own Google Drive. Guests' identity data is stored encrypted on European servers and deleted as soon as the law allows.
